Who handles your data
NTRteam GmbH, Speditionstraße 15a, 40221 Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, registration number HRB 24497. For any question about your data write to info@ntrteam.com.
What we collect
Your email address, the cities you picked, the language of the page, your country (taken from Cloudflare when you register; we do not store your IP address), the calendar you chose (Apple, Google or none), a random registration id that stops the same sign-up from being counted twice in analytics, the time of your first and of your latest registration, of confirmation of your address and of your consent, the version of the consent text, and how you arrived on the page (first and last touch): the referring site, and the campaign parameters (UTM) and advertising click ids (fbclid, gclid, ttclid) of the first and of the last visit that carried them. We do not store IP addresses: your IP address is used only momentarily, as a salted hash that expires within minutes, to limit repeated form submissions.
Why
To confirm your address, to send you the ticket links and a reminder for the shows you picked, and to send you news about these shows. For nothing else, unless you separately agree to news and offers from NTR Team (other concerts and tours) with the optional button on the confirmation page.
On what basis
Your consent, which you give by clicking the button on the registration form. Right after registering we email you a button to confirm your address. You can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us; this does not affect processing that has already taken place.
Who else sees it
Your email address, the cities you picked and the language of the page go to eSputnik (Yespo), the mailing service that sends our emails on our instructions. The page and its storage run on Cloudflare. The analytics and ad measurement tags on the page (Google, Meta and TikTok) receive technical data about your visit, including your IP address and device identifiers, and process it under their own terms. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until the end of the tour campaign or until you withdraw consent: until 31 December 2027 at the latest, or earlier if you withdraw.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Write to info@ntrteam.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and measurement
The page loads analytics and advertising tags (Google, Meta, TikTok) that may set cookies and read device identifiers. This page has no cookie banner of its own.
We also count visits ourselves, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. When the page opens and when you start filling in the form, it tells our server. To avoid counting the same visitor twice in a day, the server turns your IP address and browser name into a hash with a random key that changes every day and is deleted after 48 hours; the hashes are deleted with it. What we keep are totals per day: how many visits, form starts and registrations came from which campaign, referring site, country and type of device. Your IP address itself is not stored, and once the daily key is gone the hash cannot be linked to you.
We also set one first-party cookie, tl_c. It is strictly necessary and HttpOnly, is set when you confirm your email and is valid for 24 hours; it is used only so that the "Yes, send me news and offers" button can record your consent.
The page keeps the campaign parameters (UTM), the advertising click ids (fbclid, gclid, ttclid), the referrer and the time of the first and the last visit with such parameters (first and last touch) in your browser's sessionStorage (key ntr:tl27:touch) for the duration of the visit, to attribute your registration. It is cleared when you close the tab. If you register, the first- and last-touch parameters and click ids and the referrer are stored in your registration record, together with the time of your first and of your latest registration.
