Who handles your data

This policy covers ntrteam.com. The project pages (taemin, mur, till-lindemann, legendaryrockvoices.com and lordsofthesound.pl) have their own privacy policies.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare (Workers and static assets). Cloudflare processes technical request data, including your IP address, to deliver the pages and keep the service secure, and keeps request logs under its own terms. Basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Tour news for your city
If you use the subscription in the footer, we collect your email address and the city you choose. We send you an email asking you to confirm your address (double opt-in); nothing else is sent until you confirm.
- Storage: a record in Cloudflare KV with your email address, the cities, the version of the consent text and the timestamps of your sign-up and confirmation. A record that is never confirmed is deleted after 30 days, and the confirmation link expires after 7 days.
- Mailing: eSputnik is our email service provider. It sends the confirmation email, so it processes your email address and the city from the moment you sign up. Once you confirm, we also sync you to eSputnik as a contact, grouped per city; the only other field we send is the language code.
- Abuse protection: to limit repeated submissions we store a salted hash of your IP address for up to 10 minutes. The IP address itself is not stored. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Basis for the subscription: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form and confirming by email. Confirmed subscriptions and the backup record in Cloudflare KV are kept until you ask us to delete them; unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days. Every newsletter we send through eSputnik contains an unsubscribe link, which stops the emails. To have your data erased, write to info@ntrteam.com and we will delete the record and remove the contact from eSputnik. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
Support chat
The chat on our website (the chat button on every page and ntrteam.com/support/) is answered by people from our support team. Its automatic messages only confirm that we have your request. We reply by email.
- Data: your email address, your message, the page you write from (for example a tour page, so that we know which show you mean) and the time.
- Storage: we keep the request in Cloudflare KV. Delivery to our team: eSputnik forwards the request to our support mailbox at Google Workspace. We send you no automatic email that repeats your message.
- Abuse protection: as for the newsletter form, a salted hash of your IP address for up to 10 minutes; the IP address itself is not stored. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the chat (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Improving our help: we use requests to write answers to frequent questions. For that we may keep the text of a request after removing your email address, your name, order numbers and any other details that identify you.
Basis: steps towards or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) when the request concerns a ticket order or a collaboration, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We need your email address to reply. We delete the request 24 months after the last message, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (statistics), the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel (measuring and targeting our ads on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject, they are not loaded and set no cookies. Your choice is remembered in the ntr_consent cookie for 180 days. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer; see the cookie policy for the full list of cookies.
Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, §25(1) TDDDG). When you withdraw it, we delete their cookies on this site. For the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, we and the provider (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; TikTok Technology Limited, Ireland) are joint controllers for collecting the data on this site and transmitting it (Art. 26 GDPR).
Transfers outside the EU
Cloudflare, Inc., Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. are US providers; TikTok may transfer data outside the EU. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive your data in a portable format (GDPR Articles 15 to 21). Write to info@ntrteam.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
