About the show
The legend of Georgian dance
Founded by Iliko Sukhishvili and Nino Ramishvili more than 80 years ago, the Georgian National Ballet “Sukhishvili” has become a hallmark of Georgia and has received standing ovations in over 90 countries.
The company blends modernity with tradition: new ideas, always rooted in traditional Georgian dance – complex movements, colourful costumes and a powerful narrative.
In October 2027 the ensemble brings its programme to London, Bradford, Hull, Aberdeen and Liverpool, with the special participation of the Georgian Orchestra.
